i want to bring more Medical services to the EU time zone since i have a second character. and every time i go to the hospital i never have the oppertunity to have a conversation with the medical personel that are availible during US time zone and wish to bring the same experience to the EU timezone people

the potential to bing new Roleplay experience to the city and its citizens, the oppertuninty to also grow on my other character to roleplay better with the medical staff members but MOSTLY to meet more interesting people that the city (in my opinion) is known for.
