Rooples can bring great information to handling issues with the people of Los Santos. Rooples has had to fight of criminals on his typical day at the warehouse. Knowledge of great Russian proverbs and techniques will be extremely handy when dealing with people and the locals of Los Santos. Mellie over at PDM already trusts Rooples with her life and can attest to it.

Honestly Rooples is very tired selling glizzys and driving glizzys to locations. EMS is great for Rooples. Already had saved a few people near the warehouse. There was a criminal breaking into a car which Rooples then called friends for back up. Situation was handled fast and Rooples celebrated with Mellie and 2 others with vodka. Vodka is great medicine to heal all wounds.
