TRANSFER REQUEST INFORMATION
Current employees of any Law Enforcement Agency within the State of San Andreas may request a transfer to the Los Santos Police Department if the following conditions are met:
You must be currently employed by any Law Enforcement Agency with thing the State of San Andreas and you must not have received any serious disciplinaries within the last 30 days. A thorough inquiry about your performance and current standing will be made to the Los Santos Police Department. You are required to sign a release form which enables us to gain access to your personnel file which may be transferred with you should your request be successful.
Qualifications and certifications from the Law Enforcement Agency you belong to may or may not transfer over, at the discretion of our Advanced Training Division Command. You will need to consult them upon successfully transferring.
All transfer requests are handled differently, on a case by case basis. This is what we consider during transfer discussions:
- Your position and role within the other Law Enforcement Agency.
- Your effort in upholding responsibilities in your previous position & role.
- (( Your behavior and performance in the community all around. ))
- Availability in terms of positions in the Los Santos Police Department.
What to expect when requesting a transfer:
- You may not be employed in the same position or rank as before. This is entirely dependent on current availability and your previous status in the Law Enforcement Agency.
You may be invited to an interview where a Command Officer or Staff Officer will ask further questions regarding your transfer request.
TRANSFER REQUEST REQUIREMENTS
- You must consult with your current Law Enforcement Agency Executive Staff prior to submitting your transfer request.
- You must currently be a Police Officer II or equal rank in your agency or above to request a transfer to the Los Santos Police Department.
- Transfer requests by Sergeant's and above are the responsibility of Staff Officers.
- In the event of your transfer request being successful, you must first be fully discharged by your current Law Enforcement Agency before you can be employed in Los Santos Police Department
- (( A member of any Law Enforcement Agency who has received a server punishment for violating a rule must wait at least 45 days before they can attempt to transfer, and during this period, the member shall keep a clean admin record. ))
