4.1 What experiences do you have that could be valuable to the Los Santos Police Department if hired? (50 words minimum):

I would say that the most valuable thing that someone can offer is their understanding that you are applying for a job that puts you at risk but comes at a greater cost... which is protecting and serving the civilians which means you need at any cost protect them in any way possible and bring the criminals to justice when breaking the law. Another valuable thing is that you need to understand what you are doing, you can't just get out in the field and be like "Oh yeah i'll be fine" and get into a situation where you don't have a clue what to do. That's why the SOPs are in place, read them, ask questions if you don't know what to do from a higher up so you are prepared. In my opinion I have the right knowledge and experience from other cities I've been visiting and staying for quite some time.

4.2 What is your motivation behind wanting to join the Los Santos Police Department? (50 words minimum):

My motivation to join the LSPD is to protect and serve civilians that are counting on us, on Law Enforcement Officers to protect them from the dangers that outcome from the criminals breaking the laws, either being from robbing banks, taken hostages etc. Also this is my dream job since I was a little kid after my parents got murdered after we we're out one night to dinner when all of a sudden a group of thugs robbed my parents and murdered them in front of me leaving me homeless after robbing them.

Antisocial server Version 2 all the way through version 5, this is where I learnt all my experiences in this type of american style police actions and all of the knowledge I have to this day. (lasted like 3-4 years) After that server got closed after the owner lost interest I got invited to a server as a SRU driver + Officer on The Hood V1 (lasted 4 months) Then The Hood got bought by another person and it had over 80+ players constantly every night with after it got announced that there will be a V2 version of it. I was then the rank of Commissioner leading the whole departments until it died shortly after 4-5 months when people lost interest and left the server. After 1 month I got an offer to lead on another server as Commissioner (invited by an old Dev of The Hood) when he said he is opening his own server called NewDawnRP V1, and of course I accepted the opportunity. didn't last long either... too many bugs and eventually closed after 4-5 months.
