I started from nothing. I want to enroll in law school after spending a few years in the penitentiary and in exile researching the practice. I started with criminal law. Researching human rights, past court cases and current local and state laws. Business law and Civil disputes will be my secondary practices. I am not experienced at all in the defense of anyone. I do plan to seek counsel or self representation over my current warrant.
4.2 What makes you interested in practicing law? (50 words minimum):
I am currently in a dispute of a charge against me for felony evasion. I find that I have a clear case of unlawful search and seizure. I had been driving recklessyly but per the warrant, I was only searched due to my priors. Even as a felon I have my rights, and there was no probable cause to search the vehicle. I want to protect the rights of others from unlawful persecution and even from their own ignorance.
