Following is considered illegal parking in the City of Los Santos:
• Parking your vehicle in any place not designated for parking a vehicle or in a marked spot without authorization.
• Where a "No Parking" sign is posted.
• On a marked or unmarked crosswalk, sidewalk, partially blocking a sidewalk, or in front of a driveway.
• In a space designated for parking or fueling zero-emission vehicles which display an identifying decal.
• In a tunnel or on a bridge, except where permitted by signs.
• Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant or a fire station driveway.
• On or within 7½ feet of a railroad track.
• Between a safety zone and the curb.
• On the wrong side of the street.
• At a red curb.
• On a freeway, except: In an emergency, when a peace officer or device requires a stop, where a stop is specifically permitted.
A vehicle (even if disabled) that is stopped, parked, or left standing on a freeway for more than 1 hour may be removed.
• On property without consent from the property owner.
• In a space where parking meters are enforced, without paying for parking.

Vehicles are defined as unroadworthy when they fail to meet Minimum Safety Requirements. At the discretion of the handling officer, if your vehicle is deemed unsafe it might be towed to an impound.

A vehicle operating on public roads must meet following criteria:
• Must have WHITE or YELLOW color on lamps and reflectors, to be visible for those in front of the vehicle. *
• Indicators, lamps, side & rear view mirrors, and seatbelts must be present and undamaged.
• The vehicle must not cause damage to road surface or structures.
• Windshield and back window should not be shattered or absent.

* Front lighting of the vehicle can defer but can not be Red or Blue.
* Rear lighting of the vehicle can only be Red, amber or white.
* Underglow lighting of the vehicle can defer but can not be Red or Blue.

(1) Be present on foot within public property, or property of the State of San Andreas.
(2) Hold any manner of meeting or demonstration.
(b) The provisions of subsection (a) of this section are only a general citation if the face obstruction is not removed upon request by a Law Enforcement officer, and if not committed in relation to a crime, whereas then it shall apply to GM#18.
(c) The provisions of subsection (a) do not apply if the concealment is done during masquerades and other entertainment events that are deemed appropriate by the city (such as Halloween), or where there's reasonable cause e.g. motorcycle protection or medical reasons.
